("Xenova," "we," "our," or "us"), including dining at our restaurant, using our website, or making reservations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Restaurant Services and Reservations

Xenova provides dining services, including food and beverage service, table reservations, and special event hosting. By making a reservation or dining with us, you agree to the following terms:

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• Large parties (8+ guests) may require advance deposit or special arrangements
• Special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion

Payment and Pricing

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our restaurant. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

For special events or large group bookings, different payment terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Conduct and Behaviour

All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they:

• Engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour
• Appear intoxicated or under the influence of substances
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Damage property or equipment
• Fail to comply with our health and safety requirements

Force Majeure

Xenova shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government regulations.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.

Severability
